NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Marcellus, New York will conduct a public hearing at the Village Hall, 6 Slocombe Avenue, Marcellus, New York 13108 on February 23, 2026 at 7:00pm prevailing time to enact proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2026, which would authorize a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law Section 3-c, All interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard at the scheduled hearing. Copies of supporting documents are on file at the office of the Village Clerk.
